Quality from the start.
Our journey began in 2019 at our hometown’s annual summer event, Camas Days. Three moms set up a pop-up tent and set out to solve a problem facing the families of Camas, Washington: quality spirit wear. With six t-shirts, a few hoodies, and a couple of stickers, Papermaker Pride, now a sister company to MakerOne, was born.
From baseball hats to building brands.
Soon, we moved into our first brick-and-mortar in downtown Camas, which gave us our first real presence in the community and allowed us to further develop our relationships with sports fans, local businesses, and the school district.
In 2020, we expanded again to our newly renovated Papermaker Pride in a prime downtown retail location. This snazzy new space was designed to better serve our customers with even larger apparel collections. It also enabled us to launch our wholesale division, MakerOne Custom, helping our customers order custom apparel for their business, family, or organization.
Although we’ve grown since our first appearance at Camas Days 2019, we haven’t forgotten our grassroots as an inspired small business focusing on one thing, quality.

The self-appointed pickleball queen (based on a love of the game—not the number of wins), Karen is a proud mother of three and the wife of a hardworking firefighter.
Kaiwi is a proud new father, and a self-described “lucky husband.” Around the office, he’s affectionately known as the Flyin' Hawaiian.
Shari, a proud mother of three, serves on multiple non-profit boards. She enjoys volleyball, pickleball, dancing, working out, and watching her daughter play volleyball.
Beyond the office, Kris splits time watching her boys play college football and baseball and relaxing at her family’s home in Arizona. And going to the gym. And walking her dog, Tazzy.
When she’s not working with customers, Shannon can be found curled up with a good crime novel or binging crime dramas. She also enjoys traveling with her husband to see their three grown boys.
Julie loves to travel. So much so that she works for Alaska Airlines in her spare time. Her favorite travel buddies are her husband and three boys.
As a Colorado native, it’s no surprise that Angie loves mountain biking and camping with her adventurous husband and their three equally adventurous children.
Kody loves hanging out at the office and taking care of business. Her favorite place to sleep is on the back of the couch, despite her bed in the corner.
Vigilant protectors of little visitors and the office in general, Delta and Charlie are always on the hunt for squirrels, cookies, and satisfying belly rubs.
